The Testing the Waters-9th International Conference on Wastewater-Based Epidemiology will take place from 22 to 25 October 2026 in Changshu, China.

Conference website

The event will bring together researchers, professionals and public health authorities working in wastewater-based epidemiology, a field that has experienced remarkable growth in recent years, particularly following its key role in public health surveillance during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The conference will provide an international platform to present the latest scientific advances, innovative methodologies, and practical experiences in WBE, while fostering knowledge exchange and new collaborations aimed at strengthening its contribution to global health security.

NEW: The deadline for abstract submission has been extended until 30 June.

The 41^st International Conference on Environmental & Food Monitoring, ISEAC-41, will be held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, 20-24 November 2023.

The conference focuses on innovations in analytical techniques covering the environment-food continuum and will include a dedicated session on wastewater-based epidemiology (specifically on chemicals and exposure to environmental contaminants). More information on the program can be found here.

The Testing the Waters (TTW) Conference is coming back for its 6th edition. The conference will be organised by Cranfield University and will take place between 26-27 June 2023 in Oxford.
